Not all products are eligible for return. Eligible items are explicitly denoted on their respective product pages.
The time limit to request a return (the "Return Window") varies by product and is explicitly mentioned on the product page for each eligible item. If the specific time period stated on the product page has passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs incurred in delivering the product to the customer's delivery address are non-refundable. Additionally, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of the product from their address back to the store, which the customer can choose to undertake themselves or through a delivery partner. Any costs incurred in the return delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
